Tamil daily calendars print two one-hour "Nalla Neram" windows for each weekday (Thursday, for example, 10:45–11:45 AM and 12:15–1:15 PM). They come from the Pambu Panchangam weekday table, which assumes a 6 AM sunrise.
This page fits the same table to the real sunrise (6:16 AM) and sunset (6:02 PM) in Delhi, as it does for Rahu Kalam, so it matches printed calendars to within a few minutes when sunrise is close to 6 AM.
Gowri Panchangam
Gowri Panchangam, the Tamil counterpart of choghadiya, splits daytime and night into eight equal parts each. Amirdha, Uthi, Laabam, Dhanam and Sugam are good; Rogam, Soram and Visham are avoided. Gowri Nalla Neram lists the good parts until midnight that do not touch Rahu Kalam, Emagandam or Kuligai.
